This 30-minute call will allow me to get an understanding of what is needed in your practice and next steps. You can ask me anything from “what are the steps I should be taking to open my storefront” to “I’m having a hard time building/growing my clientele” or “what services should I be offering in my practice”.
This call will determine if you’re going in the right direction with the strategies and systems you have in place and will identify areas you need the most help in.

Let’s face it, entrepreneurship can be difficult. Building something from the ground up is not a linear path! Imagine if you had help from a professional who’s been in your exact shoes and knows exactly how to build and grow your practice from experience.
6 week map
Week one
We will asses your business and its position. We will make sure your business entity is in order, discuss licensing, insurance and secure your business domains. We will discuss your vision and plan for your business and asses what action steps need to be taken. We will identify your target audience and client avatar so we can position your marketing properly. This first week you will send me your business info, log ins, and financials so we I can get a good picture of where your business is at and what areas we need to focus on. We will go over your goals and establish a time table.
Week two
We will assess all info from week one and devise a plan to put systems in place. We will be discussing your brand identity, and situating your brand awareness. This includes a call with our graphic designer (Logo design is not included) We will establish your offers, products, and services. Map out packages, prices and protocols. I will be helping you organize your menu and processes.
Week three
We are now establishing your booking site/website, putting finalized offers together. We will be establishing your social media presence and platforms we are going to use to promote and market the business. Week three is centered on setting up your socials, sites to build your clientele. We will discuss retail, passive income options and lead magnets.
Week four
Now that you have your offers, site and branding in order, We will be working on content, mapping out the next 60 days of content to target your ideal client. It’s time to start seeing clients and reach your people. We will be discussing your marketing plan and implementing strategy. Testing out what works and what doesn’t, we will go through your insights and strategize based on data.
Week five
We will be assessing what is working and what is not. How to keep up the momentum and traffic to your socials and websites. Email marketing, text marketing, Sales, loyalty programs.
Week 6
We will be going over everything we’ve implemented, making sure systems are working. Marketing strategy is solid, your offers are performing well, you’re clear on how to upsell, you have your retail products and are confident in your business plan. We will tweak what isn’t working, and discuss future steps you can take to continue to grow.
